I recently tried to purchase two books online from this store, it estimated 5-10 business of shipping. 1 month passed and i had sent them three emails, no reply and no shipping of my purchase. shocking service. the only helpful person was the girl working in the physical book store on campus. I had to request a refund twice for my purchase, before it was actioned. i would never shop here again
