Reasonable though I mostly prefer Mountain Designs or Kathmandu

Staff would rather talk to each other than a customer who doesnt fit their image. Three times in a row now. Ive spent a lot of money here over the years but now there are other options for quality gear. Never going in here again.

Went in today to exchange some superfeet as they were too big. I took my boots with me and said I was a 6.5 to 7. I queried the 7.5-9 she gave me, but she said they needed trimmed and were the size and they didnt have any Cs anyway. Relying on that professional advice, I bought them.I then took them home and trimmed them and so they can no longer be returned, but the front of the heel pocket feels like its in my arch and the arch support is too far forward and they hurt my knees. The heel cant be shortened because its solid, so now I wish I had relied on instinct of size being wrong and not relied on what I had taken as the best advice.

A few weeks ago I went into the Fortitude Valley store to get a pair of hiking boots for a 42km hike I did this weekend gone. Im a novice hiker with limited knowledge of what I would need. Dave (I think his name was - ex Army) spent over an hour helping me try on boots, explaining correct technique, and giving me tips for the hike. I cant thank him enough, 42km down, 0 blisters and feet in pretty good condition considering the distance. I would highly recommend the store. Excellent customer service- especially considering it was a sales weekend and the store was packed.

Excellent service and selection. I planned to buy a particular duffel bag but they helped me find one that was of better quality, a better match for my need and cheaper. They let me try it at home to check the size, and then easily changed it to a bigger one when I found that the first was too small.
